For contracted customers, we provide a free valuable service kit within
the first month. Service kit includes free
site inspection, device clean up, virus / spyware scan
and removal, and improvment proposal.
Terms and Conditions
- Service is not transferrable.
- Un-used service calls is NOT rollover.
- Service is not transferrable.
- If second visit is needed for the same case, the charge will by calculated by 30 minutes block.
- The free valuable service kit IS NOT count as a service call and will be done within 30 calendar days after the contract is signed.
- The services included in the free valuable service kit WILL BE counted as service call after the free valuable service kit is done.
- It is customer's responibility to keep a backup of personal data. Virtual IT Plus does not responsible for the lose of data during the service.
